A good text starts with an inventory of your needs. What is the purpose of the text? For who is it written? What is the subject and what needs to be highlighted? To get answers to all these questions, we would like to talk to you first. We will schedule a telephone conversation with you to discuss the assignment. If you prefer to send the input by e-mail, this is also possible. Before we start writing the text, we will give you an indication of the number of hours we think you will need. We will always try to stay around this number of hours. If we think we need more time, we will always inform you about this ahead of time. This way you will never be faced with unpleasant surprises.
